Considering the experience I had when I did my first couple of loans, I really hate going through all that paperwork. With you and Bud it's easy. Just glance at the paperwork and sign. I have no problems recommending you to the people I know. As I mentioned to Bud, I've given your name to a few people, but they don't really seem too serious yet, just "talk".

I'm writing this letter for two reasons: 1) To formally thank Bud and Monica Brower for the recent and exceptional customer service they provided to my wife while we were re-financing our home.; and, 2) To encourage other families who are considering re-financing their homes to partner with Bud and Monica.
First impressions play a very important role in my career as a Human Resources Director. From the first phone call with Bud on a Saturday, and for the entire 60+ minutes, I knew that my shopping for re-finance experts was now complete. Bud's experience, knowledge and ability to make me feel comfortable was the reason I shared our call with my wife.
